Greetings Britannia backers!
The yule logs are burning here at PSC Games HQ and we're filled with holiday cheer as we get set to wrap up a wonderful 2019.
Work on Britannia continues as scheduled. We're carrying out the final layout of the rulebook, checking over the maps, and working on the KS Exclusive miniatures.
As we will be closed for several days over the holidays, we may be a bit slower with direct communication, but if you send us a message here we will be sure to respond just as soon as we’re able.

We’re getting ready to charge your BackerKit payments

This is a quick update to let you know that we’re intending to charge your cards for BackerKit payments (shipping and add-ons) over the next few days.
This means that you won’t be able to make further changes to your BackerKit add-ons once your card has been charged - so if you'd like to add anything else to your order, please do so now!
After we've charged your card, you will still be able to update your shipping address in BackerKit, should you move between now and the shipping date.
If you’re one of the handful of backers who hasn't yet filled out your BackerKit survey, there’s still time!
If you've lost your survey (or it has been eaten by your junk mail folder), you can visit BackerKit's lost survey page to get it re-sent to you.
Pledge manager survey update

Some backers reported not receiving their Britannia pledge manager surveys when we sent them out last week. We have checked with our pledge manager provider and everyone should by now have received their survey.
If you have not yet received your survey, in the first instance please visit the following website and enter your email address in the 'Lost your survey?' box: https://britannia.backerkit.com/
Your survey will be resent.

Let's take a look at the army counters...

You should all have received your Backerkit surveys by now; if not please check your Spam/Junk folder (we’re not junk, we promise!). If you have not received the email, get in touch.
However, what this update is really about is the army counters. You may remember that part-way through the campaign, enough of you requested the option to get your hands on cardboard counters for the new Classic & Duel Britannia game. We listened, and said we’d make these cardboard armies available for you as an optional buy.
We’ve been busily working away behind the scenes on the counters, trying out various styles and designs and we have now finalized our idea.
We looked at what would be eye-catching on the board, what would be easily distinguishable at a glance mid-game, and what would work with the overall look and feel we’ve developed for the new edition. We wanted to keep words to a minimum, as the counters are used in both Duel and Classic Britannia, and some represent differently named nations in each game (two names on the counters, even one on each side, was just too confusing when we tried this out). PSC Dan also wanted to retain the round ‘armies’ and hexagonal ‘leaders’ of the original editions (these things matter to him).
So here is a little peek at what we’ve settled on – we hope you like the counters. You can order your own set through the Backerkit survey.
Incoming! Pledge manager surveys are imminent

In the next few days, you’ll receive an email from BackerKit, our pledge manager. This will confirm your pledge level and the amount you have paid so far via Kickstarter. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfil your rewards.
Using the survey, you will be able to:
1. Confirm your shipping address and pay for shipping.
2. Add and pay for any optional buys you wish to purchase.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards. After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the survey and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link using the "Lost your survey?" option on our BackerKit project page.
If you’ve not received an emailed survey from us in the next week, please check your junk mail/spam folder. If the email is not there, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
